A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Thoughtful questions.
Plain answers.

Is this legally binding?

RIIP helps you document your wishes. A written statement can guide your family and executor and show your intent, but on its own it may not be legally enforceable. We’re working toward options for making your wishes legally stronger, prepared with licensed attorneys, and we’ll share details as they’re ready.

Do you store my voice, photos, or video?

No. RIIP records your preferences, not your likeness.

Who carries out my wishes?

The people and services you name, such as a family member, an executor, or an attorney. RIIP gives them a clear record of what you decided.

Can I allow some uses and forbid others?

Yes. You can allow family-only remembrance, say no to commercial use, or set any mix that fits you.

Is RIIP a law firm?

No. RIIP is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed attorney.
